Client – Dublin City Council, Joint Repairs
Description – This project involved sealing of joints in a housing estate on Clanree Road and a busy urban route on Collins Avenue East. Although both sites were very near in proximity to one another, they both were very different in nature.
On Clanree road we used a hot applied bitumen product to fill between the concrete joints.
On Collins Avenue East a fill and over band solution from Roadtech was installed. By using our specialist bitumen extruder, compressed air heater, joint layer disruption to road users was kept to a minimum.
